Sugarcoats started with a simple idea: grooming can be a quieter, more comfortable experience when it’s centered around the individual dog.
Today, Sugarcoats is a one-on-one grooming space where pups can enjoy their appointment without the noise, crowds, crates, or rush of a traditional salon.
But this is only the beginning.
The next chapter of Sugarcoats is taking that same philosophy on the road!
The Vision
The dream of Sugarcoats Mobile Dog Spa started in 2025.
I wanted to create a grooming experience that felt luxurious, comfortable, & completely personalized, while bringing the spa right to your doorstep.
Life is busy, & traditional grooming appointments can add another layer of stress to an already hectic day. Getting your dog to & from their appointment takes time, & busy salons can be overwhelming for both dogs & their people.
I wanted Sugarcoats to make the whole process easier - for all of us.
Because sometimes the convenience you didn’t know you needed is having the dog spa come to you. 🍬🚐
Since dreaming up the idea, I’ve spent months researching vans, planning the perfect layout, & speaking with builders across Canada to find the right team to bring Sugarcoats Mobile to life.
& now, it’s officially happening!
What started as a little idea in 2025 is becoming a real, fully equipped mobile dog spa, & I can’t wait to bring you along for the ride.
